eGrace.Love packages all jewelry and accessories in a silver organza pouch and handmade paper envelope.  Customers may additionally purchase hand-written gift enclosure cards, each at an additional charge.



For our customers’ convenience, eGrace.Love accepts online payments by MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.



eGrace.Love ships within the United States via FedEx United States Domestic Express shipping. eGrace.Love merchandise is delivered to our customers within 3 business days of the purchase date. eGrace.Love does not ship merchandise internationally or to PO boxes.  The insurance covers the purchase price of the merchandise shipped by eGrace.Love.  Flat rate shipping is $5 dollars. Home Décor products specified as size extra-large will have flat rate shipping of $25.  The shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes will be calculated at the time of purchase.  If merchandise is damaged during shipping, please contact us at customerservice@egrace.love, within 3 business days of receipt of the merchandise for a return material authorization number.  eGrace.Love will replace merchandise damaged during shipping without cost or will return it for a full refund.



Merchandise is returnable within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund.  After 14 days from the purchase date, merchandise may only be returned for eGrace.Love store credit or exchange.  All merchandise must be returned in new condition.  eGrace.Love reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.  Custom, special order, exclusive, personalized/monogrammed, and sale merchandise are not returnable.  Returns must be accompanied with the original sales receipt. Please package the merchandise for return in a hard box to prevent damage during shipment.  eGrace.Love is not responsible for merchandise, which is lost, stolen, or damaged via return mail.  eGrace.Love does not accept COD return deliveries.  Returns typically post to a customer’s account within one billing cycle.


Sales Tax

eGrace.Love is required by law to charge Connecticut state residents a sales tax of 6.35% on all merchandise.  Sales tax will be automatically added to orders purchased or shipped within the state of Connecticut.  All orders shipped outside of Connecticut are not taxable at this time.  eGrace.Love reserves the right to adjust its sales tax policies at any time to adhere to the current tax laws of Connecticut.


Gift Cards

Digital gift cards may be purchased and redeemed by our customers and will not expire according to the current state regulations of Connecticut.


Custom and Special Orders

eGrace.Love may be able to request custom (made-to-order) pieces for our customers.  Custom orders and special orders (e.g., a particular metal, clasp, or gemstone) are not returnable and may not be canceled at any time.
